Refund Policy

The Art Cohort Community Projects is a Community Interest Company. We are a Not-for-Profit organisation.

We do not usually offer refunds.

If you no longer need your tickets then we would urge you to try to sell them on or give them to a friend who might enjoy the activity.

We are only able to make a refund if an activity is fully booked and in that instance will take a 20% admin charge to cover payment and card costs.

Any refund made will be at the discretion of the management of The Art Cohort Community Projects CIC.

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or postpone an activity or event then you will be given a full refund (with no admin charge) as soon as we are able to make contact with you to advise you an activity or event cannot take place.
