Who is processing your data?
The Art Cohort Community Projects is collecting and processing your data. We collect personal data from you when you book tickets or enrol on one of our excellent classes or workshops. We also hold basic data if you have requested to join our mailing list to receive newsletters. This information is protected by UK data protection law.
What data is involved?
We ask you to provide us with details such as name, postcode, phone number and email address along with a choice of information you would like us to contact you about. Some fields are optional but certain fields are mandatory.
What is the purpose of processing the data?
The data we collect from you is important to understand our customer requirements. e.g. what you are interested in and want to hear more from us about. It also helps us to understand what our customers like attending and allows us to send you information that interest you.
We will never share your personal information with third parties or send you communication without your prior consent — you must give us your consent to do so by ticking the relevant check box when you subscribe to our mailing.
What are the outcomes of data processing?
You receive only information that you have expressly agreed to receive when subscribing to our mailing list.
How can I change, unsubscribe or delete my information?
You can opt-out from our communications by clicking on the ‘unsubscribe’ link at the bottom of any electronic communication you receive from us.

Your information will be deleted permanently within 1 week of making your request. You are welcome to sign up again at a later date if you choose.
How can I exercise my rights?
