Children’s Birthday Party Deposit

Once you have booked a party date with The Art Cohort please pay the deposit to secure your booking date / time in our schedule.

The final balance is due 5 working days before the party date. We will contact you directly to make the final payment.

The Art Cohort Children's Art Parties

We run amazing Art-based parties for children of all ages in your venue of choice in Bath, Bristol, Somerset and Wiltshire.

Each party includes a core Art or Craft Activity, you can choose from the following
list or we can tailor activities to your child’s interests:
• Illustration / Drawing Class
• Pom pom crafts
• Lip Balm making
• Decoupage / Papier mache
• Necklace / Bracelet making
• Pebble art
• Fabric painting (Paint your own tote bag / t shirt)
• Fridge magnet making
• Sock puppets
• Dream catcher making

Cost is £18 per child

Venue booking is your responsibility but we are happy to work in most venues and
settings and adapt party activities to the space provided.

Minimum – 8 children (ask us if you want a smaller group) and
Maximum – 30 children (ask us if you want an even bigger party!)

Parties last approximately 2 hours, including a 30 minute break for party food.

We can provide aprons for children but art can be a messy business so please dress
appropriately.

We can make an arty party work in a range of venues / spaces including your own
home, church halls and many other party spaces. We love to be creative so just ask!

We ask a party child’s parent to stay on-site for the duration of the party as the ‘in
charge‘ adult at the event. Parents of guests may drop and leave birthday guests.
